The elbow joint connects the upper arm to the forearm and allows the arm to do a variety of complex movements, such as flexion/extension and rotation/rotation. The performance of the elbow is improved with techniques such as special silicone pads and stretching materials that reduce the burden on the tendons and help cushion the impact on the tendons when force is applied. The specially designed guard keeps the stretching tension of the elbow muscles within a reasonable range, reduces the large radial swing action, and avoids over-stretching.
